Stronghold Fitness is a community of athletes striving to get stronger, faster and more athletic. We work with young developing athletes and adults in private training, virtual training, and group training settings. There are three main components we focus on to help improve overall fitness and performance:
STRENGTH
Discover how strong and powerful you can be on the field and in everyday life. Your strength comes first from your core and works out to your extremities.
CONDITIONING
This is how efficiently your body can produce energy and how long you can sustain that energy during competition and throughout the day.
FLEXIBILITY
Keep muscles and joints healthy and prevent injury while allowing your body to express strength and power through greater ranges of motion.
