Goal setting is vitally important to staying motivated on task toward improving your overall health, fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. Sports and competitions are also highly motivating events that help people stay focused on their fitness, health and performance. This is why I recommend having a sport, competition or event that you are working toward to help you be consistent with your training and motivated to work hard toward your goal!

Group Classes
The circuit-style conditioning classes encompass strength, agility and core exercises to keep you working hard while having fun. With functional training equipment such as the TRX, rip trainers, medicine balls, speed ladders, battle ropes, and dumbbells, we keep your body guessing. Monthly subscription to the class includes access to Virtual Taining through the Bridge App which includes at home workouts to add more frequency to your training!

Private Training
Accountability, Motivation, Organization = Results

To see results, I believe most people need accountability to be consistent, motivation to work hard, and an organized program to follow. You will get all three of these working with me.

I will check in and remind you the day before your workout to hold you accountable.

Each session, I will instill the motivation to push yourself to workout just a little harder than you would push yourself.

Lastly, I will help you create a program that fits your exercise preferences, your goals, and your needs to help stay organized with your workouts.
For my private training clients, my goal for each session is to take you through a dynamic warm up, core strength exercises, and strength exercises that incorporate both upper body and lower body followed by a mobility set at the end to cool down and stretch if needed.

Ongoing personal training with a 3 month commitment plus virtual training program included:
