Choose from an array of options that suit your schedule, your fitness level and your goals. Using the Bridge Athletic interactive training platform, I can work with you both in person and virtually as you go through your workouts at your own convenience in the comfort of your home or your local gym.

Customized Virtual Training Program
We will meet in person or over video to discuss your goals, your fitness background, your weekly training availability and any equipment you have access to. With your three month commitment, I will build out your customized program which you will access on the Bridge Athletic app. I will assign the workouts to the days that you request, and I will message you each week to keep you accountable and answer any questions you might have. You will also be reminded the day of each workout to make sure it gets done and I expect to get a message back after your workout is completed! We will meet each month in person or over the phone for a check in to make sure you are staying motivated, keeping up with your workouts and that your form is looking good! $249/Month

Athletic Performance and Speed Essentials Programs
These 12-week programs have 5 workouts per week to establish daily training habits throughout the week and to build overall strength, flexibility, core stability, explosiveness, sprint speed and agility. Days 1, 3, and 5 are workouts designed to focus on strength training, core strength, and flexibility. Days 2 and 4 are designed to be done outside on a field with about 60 yards of space or more and focus on speed drills, jumping, bounding, sprinting and plyometrics.
